JK Jacquard Ltd. is a new and ambitious name in Bangladesh’s sweater manufacturing industry. Though recently established, our company stands on a strong foundation — led by directors with diverse academic backgrounds, solid business experience, and sound financial strength. Each director brings unique expertise, ensuring that the company operates with innovation, discipline, and integrity.
The day-to-day management of the company is overseen by Managing Director Mr. Kowsher Ahammed, assisted by a team of experienced directors. Together, they ensure smooth operations, strategic growth, and consistent product quality.
JK Jacquard Ltd. employs 297 skilled professionals, including 27 administrative staff and 270 factory operatives, supervisors, and technicians. The project’s initial investment of approximately USD 3 million (around BDT 315 million) supports an annual production capacity of 500,000 units.
Our sweaters are crafted using 100% acrylic, 100% cotton, and 100% wool, along with other carefully selected accessories to ensure quality and comfort. All financial and operational plans are based on data-driven insights and industry best practices. Comprehensive analyses — including Porter’s Five Forces, SWOT, Ratio, Break-Even, and Project NPV — confirm that the project is both economically viable and sustainable.

At JK Jacquard Ltd., employee safety is our top priority. We maintain full compliance with government regulations and have equipped our facilities with fire extinguishers, emergency exits, and first-aid stations.
Regular safety and emergency training sessions are held for all staff to ensure preparedness in any situation. In addition, a comprehensive Disaster Recovery Plan is being developed to further strengthen our commitment to workplace safety and resilience.
